Vincent Bergh Liquor Law & Business Consulting is led by Vincent Bergh, supported by a small, experienced client-facing team, including Annamien, who works directly with clients throughout the liquor licence application process.

Vincent Bergh

Vincent Bergh is an admitted Attorney, Conveyancer and Notary with High Court appearance rights, with close to 40 years in the legal profession. He is the inaugural Presiding Officer of the Western Cape Liquor Authority’s Liquor Licensing Tribunal, was involved in drafting the Liquor Amendment Act 3 of 2015 and its Regulations, served as a City of Cape Town councillor from 2006 to 2011 on the Planning and Environmental Affairs Portfolio Committee, and lectured commercial law at CPUT. Annamien

Annamien works closely with clients throughout their liquor licence application, handling day-to-day communication, following up with the Liquor Board on the progress of applications, and keeping clients informed at every stage. Clients consistently mention her responsiveness and follow-through in their testimonials.
